We have more than 10 years of experience in the development and validation of safety parts, including ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System) and ESC (Electronic Stability Control). We are a leader in ESC implementation for vehicles, from development to mass production, while complying with regulatory standards. Our expertise also extends to ABS/ESC development and calibration for motorcycles and light trucks.
Our ABS/ESC products have been continuously improved based on customer and market feedback, allowing us to fulfill customer requirements for different vehicle variants.
ESC Functions:
The Electronic Stability Control (ESC), also referred to as Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) or Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), is a closed-loop system designed to improve vehicle handling and braking response through programmed intervention in the braking system and/or drivetrain.
ESC enhances driving safety by providing the following assets:
- Enhanced vehicle stability; the system keeps the vehicle on track and
improves directional stability under all operating conditions, including
emergency stops, standard braking maneuvers, coasting, acceleration,
trailing throttle (overrun), and load shift - Increased vehicle stability at the limits of traction, such as during sharp
steering maneuvers (panic response), to reduce the danger of skidding or
breakaway.
Besides its fundamental tasks, ESC offers more possibilities to provide
additional driving safety and enhanced driving comfort and agility.
